Stand azi in fata calkulatorului mi-a trecut prin cap
o idee trasnita despre cum ar trebui sa arate windowsul in viziunea mea.

Am vazut si testat Jdemii de softuri pentru imbunatatirea calitatii teme sidebaruri si animatii desktop dar, nici una nu a avut ceea ce mi-am dorit eu.

In viziunea mea Windowsul ar trebui sa aiba interfata facuta in flash deja sunt mii de site-uri care sunt facute in flash de ce nu si amaratul de Windows ?

In flash se misca repede efectele sunt mai bune si cred ca se poate realiza aceasta interfata .

Deja linuxul este cu mult in fata wndowsului in privinta desktop effects si raportat cerinte hardware si calitate efecte windowsul e mult mai greoi.....

Step 1: Find the ‘Last Account Activity’ Section Your Inbox

At the bottom of your Gmail inbox there is a ‘Last Account Activity’ section. Click on ‘details’ to launch the full blown monitor.

Step 2: See who has accessed your Gmail account recently

Next, what you’ll see is a table of the most recent activity from your Gmail account. It shows you

* How it was accessed (Browser/mobile etc)
* Where exactly the IP address is (So you can do some further digging)
* When it was accessed

Step 3: Understand the IP addresses – Has your Gmail really been hacked?

If you see IP addresses from different countries, don’t be too quick to panic. If you use any 3rd party services which hook-up to your Gmail account, they will almost certainly show up in your activity log. To do you own investigation, you can use DomainTools to identify the IP address. This will help you differentiate normal activity and your Gmail account being hacked.

Step 4: Understand the alerts – Google’s way of highlighting suspicious activity

When this happens, and the IP addresses look suspicious, it is advisable to play it safe, assume your Gmail account has been hacked, and change your passwords immediately.

Step 5: Sign Out All Other Sessions – If you forgot to sign out on a public computer

If you are worried you did not not sign out of a public computer, you can ‘sign out all other sessions’. This won’t fix any hacked Gmail accounts, but it will resolve any careless mistakes. This is also useful if you happen to lose your mobile phone and you want to ensure your email is not read by others.

Step 6: What to do if your Gmail account has really been hacked

The first thing you do is change both your password and security question right away. Then make sure your new choices are very secure. Google themselves have some really good tips. For example in the case of security questions:

* Choose a question only you know the answer to – make sure the question isn’t associated with your password.
* Pick a question that can’t be answered through research (for example, avoid your mother’s maiden name, your birth date, your first or last name, your social security number, your phone number, your pet’s name, etc.).

Hillary Clinton missed off Time's most influential list

Women may hold more sway than eve before, but the world's most powerful female, Hillary Clinton,is not in the same league as Kathryn Bigelow or Lady Gaga.

That, at least, is the stern verdict of Time magazine, which failed to find space for the US Secretary of State among the record 31 members of the fairer sex who feature in its prestigious annual list of the 100 people "whose ideas, innovations and actions are most shaping the world".

Mrs Clinton's name was notably absent from the roll-call of 25 "leaders" included in the 100-strong list when it was unveiled, with some fanfare, yesterday afternoon. But space was found for Barack Obama, Sarah Palin, and even Hillary's husband, Bill.

The decision was somewhat perplexing, since she has previously featured on the list five times, and by her own lofty standards is enjoying one of the most successful and high-profile periods of her political career. Already this year, she has made 11 foreign trips, and was an architect of the "Start" nuclear reduction treaty signed by the US and Russia this month.

Mrs Clinton's only appearance in the special edition of the magazine comes courtesy of a paean to Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the US House of Representatives. praising her "deep personal faith", her "fierce loyalty to friends and principles" and her standing as a "role model for women and girls",

The Time 100, which has been released each April since 1999, is largely chosen by a panel of the magazine's editorial staff, although some honorees are selected through an online ballot of readers.

This year, that ballot picked the Iranian opposition leader Mir-Hossein Mousavi, who received more than 800,000 votes.

Predictable selections in the top 100 included Oprah Winfrey, who made it for a record seventh year in a row; Steve Jobs, and the Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva. US President Barack Obama made his fifth appearance.

The list's more eclectic members are a perennial talking-point for America's chattering class. This year, they include the South Korean skating champion Kim Yu-na, and several prominent Conservatives, including Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin and Jenny Beth Martin, one of the architects of the Tea Party movement.

Attention will no doubt also focus on some of the tributes to honorees, traditionally penned by their peers. Olivia Newton-John was chosen to pay tribute to Lea Michele, one of the female leads from Glee, while Cindy Lauper sings the praises of Lady Gaga.

"When I see somebody like Gaga, I sit back in admiration. I'm inspired to pick up the torch again myself," she said. "Being around her, I felt like the dust was shaken off of me. I find it very comforting to sit next to somebody and not have to worry that I look like the freak."

British members of the Time 100 include Simon Cowell, the graffiti artist Banksy, and Twilight actor Robert Pattinson. Gordon Brown has previously been included on the list but failed to make the cut this year – along with all other British politicians.

5 Killed in Gaza Shooting and Fire

GAZA — A 20-year-old Palestinian demonstrator was shot dead in Gaza by Israeli security forces on Wednesday, and at least four other men who were smuggling fuel died in a tunnel after the Egyptian authorities blew up another tunnel nearby, officials here said.

Mohamed al-Maidana, a civil defense officer, said that the Egyptian strike, which came late Tuesday, set a fire that spread to the neighboring tunnel and ignited the fuel. The fire used up all the oxygen in the tunnel, he said, and the men suffocated. In the face of a blockade by Israel and Egypt, such tunnels are a mainstay of the Gazan economy.

The slain protester, Ahmad Salem, was part of a 30-person demonstration against Israel’s policy of barring anyone in Gaza from coming within several hundred yards of the border barrier, in order to prevent hostile activity there.

An Israeli military spokeswoman said that the demonstrators hurled stones over the barrier at Israeli troops and set fires that could have damaged the barrier. An investigation had been ordered into the shooting, she said.

Demonstrations against the Israeli buffer policy in Gaza have grown in recent weeks but Hamas, which rules Gaza, has not sent its supporters because it does not wish to increase tensions with Israel.

26 Convicted in Egypt Attack Planning

CAIRO — An Egyptian court on Wednesday convicted 26 men of belonging to a Hezbollah cell that was charged with planning to attack Israeli tourists in the Sinai Peninsula, fire on ships passing through the Suez Canal and smuggle weapons, supplies and people through tunnels to the Gaza Strip.
The men’s sentences ranged from life in prison to six months in jail. Prosecutors had asked for the death penalty for several defendants, including Muhammad Youssef Mansour, also known as Sami Shehab, who had been sent by Hezbollah to set up the cell in Egypt.
The decision not to issue death sentences was seen as a calculated effort by Egypt to avoid inflaming relations with Syria, a prime sponsor of Hezbollah, a militant, social and political organization in Lebanon, regional experts said. Egypt and Syria have been at odds for several years over the handling of the Palestinian crisis and over Syria’s relations with Iran.
“This is a sign of an Egypt that is interested in de-escalating and finding moderate solutions for an issue that loomed very big in the background in its relations with Syria and Lebanon,” said Amr Hamzawy, regional director for the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Beirut.
As the verdict was read in a packed Egyptian courtroom, 22 defendants sat behind bars in the prison dock. They shouted “Allahu Akbar,” or God is great, when the verdicts were read.
The other four defendants, including the leader of the cell, Mohammed Qublan, were tried in absentia. Mr. Qublan and two others who were on the run were given life sentences.
The case against the group arose as relations between Egypt and the Hezbollah chief, Hassan Nasrallah, grew extremely heated. Mr. Nasrallah had publicly criticized President Hosni Mubarak, saying that Egypt was not doing enough to aid the Palestinians during the Israeli offensive in the Gaza Strip in late 2008. Mr. Nasrallah effectively called for a popular uprising against the president, while Egypt accused Hezbollah of being a proxy for Iran.
Mr. Nasrallah acknowledged setting up the group in Egypt but insisted that it was organized only to help the Palestinians, not to conduct terrorist attacks on Egyptian soil. Mr. Mansour’s lawyers had said that their client had proposed attacks in Egypt but that Mr. Nasrallah had rejected that plan.
In court on Wednesday, the judge, Adel Abdul Salam Gomaa, dismissed the defense’s claim.
“Is targeting ships in the canal support for the Palestinian cause?” the judge asked as he read the verdict. “Is preparing explosives and targeting tourist resorts support for the Palestinians?”

Gunfire erupted inside an East Oakland church during a funeral Tuesday for an 18-year-old man slain at his birthday party, but no one was struck by bullets, police said.
The shooting happened about 12:20 p.m. inside the Cosmopolitan Baptist Church at 988 85th Ave., where more than 300 mourners were attending a funeral for Davante Riley, said Officer Holly Joshi, an Oakland police spokeswoman.

Riley was shot and killed earlier this month, allegedly by a 15-year-old girl who was at his party.

"Everybody started shooting," said a mourner who asked that she be identified only as Shawnie. "Some people came from another area that didn't get along with (Riley's) group or whatever. Everybody was running. Everybody was scared."

Officers arrived and found "several people outside engaged in a fight, and several of those people were armed," Joshi said.

Police put out a citywide emergency call, drawing officers from throughout Oakland as well as Alameda County sheriff's deputies, state parole agents and the Oakland Housing Authority, Oakland schools and San Leandro police.

Officers wore riot gear outside the church.

"It's very shocking," said Lisa Taylor, administrator of the Whitted-Williams Funeral Home in Oakland, which organized the funeral service. "I'm sure the family is in shock. They're trying to have closure of their loved one."

Witnesses and police said the shooting happened as the funeral was drawing to a close. Numerous people pulled out weapons as mourners were getting ready for the procession to a Hayward cemetery.

Shots were fired in the church, and as people fled, there was a "large-scale fight in the middle of the street," Joshi said.

"We are very lucky that no one was hit by these bullets," Joshi said.

Several people were taken to hospitals after complaining of pain, possibly as a result of injuries sustained while trying to flee the gunfire, police said.

Police arrested five people for firearms-related and other offenses and recovered several weapons, Joshi said.

Riley was shot and killed at an apartment on the 2200 block of East 20th Street, near 23rd Avenue, at about 12:15 a.m. April 18, the day after he turned 18, police said.

The girl apparently did not intend to shoot Riley, but she was charged as a juvenile with murder because she acted recklessly in pointing a .22-caliber gun at Riley and firing, said Assistant District Attorney Matt Golde. He declined to elaborate on the circumstances that led to the slaying.

The girl's name has not been released because of her age.

China Lifts Ban on Visitors Who Are H.I.V. Positive

BEIJING — Days before travelers worldwide are to begin arriving for Shanghai’s world exposition, China has lifted a two-decade ban on travel to the country by people who carry the virus that causes AIDS or who have other sexually transmitted diseases.
The action also removed a longstanding ban on travel to China by people with leprosy.

The government approved amendments to a 1986 law governing quarantines and a 1989 law regulating entry by foreigners, removing prohibitions related to people with H.I.V., which causes AIDS, China’s State Council, a body roughly equivalent to the White House cabinet, reported on its Web site late Tuesday.

The council’s standing committee approved the changes on April 19 and Premier Wen Jiabao signed decrees putting them into effect on April 24, the council said.

With the changes, the ban on travel is officially limited only to people with infectious tuberculosis, serious mental disorders and “infectious diseases which could possibly greatly harm the public health.”

China has temporarily lifted the ban on H.I.V.-positive travelers for major events in the past, but the revision of longstanding laws indicates that the latest change will be permanent. The state-run newspaper China Daily quoted a spokesman for the health ministry, Mao Qun’an, as saying that the ministry had been working to permanently remove the prohibition since the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Between 450,000 and one million Chinese are infected with H.I.V. virus, according to Unicef, the United Nations health organization. Roughly 75,000 of those have developed AIDS.

The proportion of H.I.V.-infected people in China is far below that of neighboring nations — Vietnam, for example, records about 20,000 AIDS deaths a year — but health experts have worried that China’s H.I.V. population may be poised to expand.

The infection is most common among sex workers, migrant workers and residents of some border areas, like the Yunnan province in southwest China, where drugs are smuggled into the country.

In January, the United States dropped its own ban on visitors who are H.I.V. positive. The ban had been in effect for 22 years.

President Obama said he was fulfilling a promise he had made to gay advocates and acting to eliminate a restriction he said was “rooted in fear rather than fact.”

- Asa cum spune si numele softul este gratuit pentru uzul personal.
- am vazut pe foarte multi utilizatori de windows ca fug de avira ca draq de tamaie,
- parerea mea, este ca Avira este un antivirus bun .
- Un prieten de al meu care lucreaza la developarea unui antivirus de pe piata,
- mi-a spus,raspunzand la intrebarea mea :
- Care este cel mai bun antivirus ?
- Toate sunt bune toate isi fac treaba atata timp cat folosesti internetul,
- in mod normal cam ce fac majoritatea youtoube facebook trilulilu....etc etc.
- Daca incepi sa intri pe site-uri gen warez,
- aici problema se schimba deoarece cei mai noi virusi de acolo pornesc,
- iar antivirusul nu are de unde sa-i cunoasca fiind prea noi,
- ori afiseaza un mesaj de genu malware necunoscut.
- Personal am pe unul dintre calculatoare avira impreuna
- cu un internet security (firewall +antivirus)
- care culmea nu ''se bat cap in cap'' si se comporta ok...putin zis
- foarte bine Intr-un post viitor voi vorbi despre acest internet security.

Romania te iubesc

- Vazand emisiunea cu acelasi nume pe pro tv
- nu m-am putut abtine sa nu scriu si eu ca multi alti blogheri despre
- ce se intampla prin romania, in spitalele noastre.
- Personal eu am avut o experienta nu prea placuta la spitalul Judetean Tulcea,
- ajuns acolo cu artrita septica (apa la genunchi) .
- am fost lasat 3 zile in pat in asteptarea operatiei.
- Neavand posibilitati materiale, asa cum se intampla peste tot in romania,
- am fost dat la ca*at de catre asistente si doctori ei asteptand spaga.
- Dupa inca 3 zile de calvar in care am dormit in acelasi salon
- cu inca 11 da unsprezece pacienti
- iar in salon erau 6 paturi am fost anuntat ca a-2a zi voi fi operat de catre un doctor .
- Auzindu-i numele doctorului care urma sa ma opereze,
- m-am linistit fiind recunoscut ca este un doctor bun nu-i dau numele
- din motive lesne de inteles.
- Intr-un sfarsit am fost operat , operatia reusind.
- acum duca ceva timp nemaiavand probleme cu genunchiul.
- Revenind in timpul in care am fost in asteptare,
- asa cum spuneam ca stateam in salon cu inca 11 pacienti,
- suferind de afectiuni diverse,picioare maini rupte,degete degerate samd.
- Am vazut cu ochii mei un barbat,operat la genunchi,
- din cate am inteles eu ai crescuse un fel de zgarci pe dedesuptul rotulei,
- care a venit in salo cu un pansament normal la genunchi
- deci domne numai un pansament si pe picioarele lui de la lift
- pana la camera pe mine 1 ma luat groaza deci un om operat
- lagenunchi sa mearga circa 10 metri pana in salon?
- cu doar un pansament amarat este inadmisibil asa ceva .
- Dupa circa 2 zile rana i sa infectat doctorul spunandui ca trebuie reoperat.
- Ce sa intamplat cu el mai departe nu stiu eu externandu-ma in acea zi.

MORALA AR FI SA NU DEA DUMNEZEU SA AJUNGI PE MANA DOCTORILOR ROMANI
